Equipment may be shipped to us at the above address. Please call us prior to shipping to discuss what issues the unit is experiencing, if the unit is covered by warranty and the best method to ship. Please include a note with the following information:

You may provide a visa number on the phone for the diagnosis fee prior to shipping.
Copy of Bill of Sale with purchase date and store name if covered by warranty.
Problems with the unit
Be sure to double box with adequate shipping materials in order to protect your unit from damage and insure for the value of the unit. Call us to provide the shipping date and method.
We do not recommend shipping turntables, heavy amplifiers or higher end equipment as they are prone to shipping damage no matter how well they are packed.
